“I believe that the best opportunity and the biggest impact to helping people is when they are children. It is where problems many times begin and should be addressed in order to help bring out the fullest potential for success and happiness. I believe that this success is also centered around our support system and our environment. As a therapist, I work closely with the family to help open lines of communication and guide children in the right direction.”
“I have found that a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a holistic approach has provided the best relief for my clients. This treatment approach has helped me successfully address the needs of patients with Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and ADHD.”

Lisa has had success as well in helping families work through  childhood trauma, substance abuse, and autism spectrum disorders.
