Acadian Care doesn’t just have a dedicated group of doctors, nurses, and therapists. We also have an incredible support staff that makes our mission possible.
Our support staff is proud to serve our patients in New Orleans, Mandeville, Covington, Slidell, Hammond and the surrounding cities in Southeast Louisiana, as well as Gulfport and the Mississippi Gulf Coast area.

Farrah has been a Patient Liaison at Acadian Care since June 2015. In her role, Farrah works at the front desk, assists patients on the phone, completes insurance prior authorizations, and helps with triaging patients. She also helps patients coordinate additional services to supplement the treatment they receive at Acadian Care. Farrah is passionate about making a difference in the community.
Intake Coordinator, Slidell Supervisor
A Louisiana native, Raycheal is the Intake Coordinator for Acadian Care, as well as a supervisor for our Slidell office. As our Intake Coordinator, Raycheal encounters every family that joins Acadian Care. She helps prospective patients find a clinician that can help them in their time of need. Raycheal loves to help children and their guardians work towards a brighter tomorrow, and she is devoted to helping our community.
Clinic Development Supervisor
Stephanie has been on the Acadian Care team since February 2014. She graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. You can usually find her at our Gulfport office at the front desk, in triage, on the phone lines, or assisting patients and families in coordinating TMS treatments. Stephanie is constantly inspired, challenged, and motivated to improve herself and help others.
Ebony has been a valued part of the Acadian Care team since 2012. As a patient liaison, she helps meet the needs of patients each and every day. Additionally, she enjoys training new staff members that come on board. Ebony loves meeting new people and considers Acadian Care her “home away from home.”
Denise has been with Acadian Care since 2003. As a medical transcriptionist, she takes care of all the new patient paperwork and gets the patients’s information ready for the clinician prior to the patient’s initial appointment. Denise loves learning about behavioral health issues and seeing families benefit from our care. When she’s not working, she enjoys listening to live music and eating at her favorite restaurants.
Originally from Chalmette, Kim graduated from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette with a BS in Child and Family Studies and a minor in Sociology. She joined the Acadian Care team in 2012. Her position allows her to help in many areas of the office. Kim says her favorite thing about working at Acadian Care is seeing all the smiling faces in the clinic and hearing positive outcomes from our patients.
New to the Slidell area, Carlicia has been a Patient Liaison at Acadian Care since July 2015. In her role, she provides clear communication between patients and their providers. Typically, she can be found at the checkout desk in our Slidell office. Additionally, she works as a liaison contacting patients in regards to vital labwork feedback provided by our doctors.
New Orleans Supervisor
Leah Jean is our New Orleans office supervisor, as well as the Marketing Coordinator for Acadian Care. She can usually be found at our front desk, or working diligently in triage. Leah began with Acadian Career in January of 2016. “I have loved each and every day working here ever since,” she says. “It is said that if you find a job you love doing, you will never work a day in your life. That is exactly what I have discovered at Acadian Care.”
Accounts And Medical Records
Debbie has been with Acadian Care since September 2003. In her pivotal role, she handles all of our medical billing and financials. Debbie enjoys working with great professionals who are dedicated to helping others. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Elle` is our student service coordiantior at Acadian Care. She works in the New Orleans office greeting patients at front desk and triaging for our providers. Elle` began working with Acadian Care in March of 2017. “It is very rewarding to know that I work with an amazing team whose goal is to help our community and to be there for our patients when they need us. Not only do I get to help our patients, but I love being able to help our future psychiatrists get the experience they need to reach their goals.”
